Welcome to TalentMatch 2026 on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Kerubi in Joensuu!

TalentMatch brings together employers, educational institutions, development organizations, and international talent from the Joensuu region under one roof. The event offers a unique opportunity to explore the opportunities available in the region, meet recruiting employers, and build valuable networks for your future.

This year, TalentMatch will take place across two floors, offering plenty to see and experience for everyone!

In the Kerubi Hall, you can visit employer and organization booths, discuss open job, internship, and thesis opportunities, and meet regional stakeholders face-to-face.

In the Business Basement, you can dive into the world of entrepreneurship. If you are interested in starting a business or developing your own business idea, you will have the opportunity to meet experts and take advantage of business idea coaching. 

Every half hour, starting at 12:30 PM, short information sessions will be held throughout the afternoon. After each session, you can stay to discuss entrepreneurship and your own ideas with experts.
